The patent glass fiber preheating and yarn separating device adopts special design, which makes the glass fiber have better preheating and good yarn separating function, and makes the glass fiber have better dispersion after entering the extruder. In a production cycle, it can realize accurate  cutting of 5 different sizes, and the cutting surface is smooth without flash. The thickness of the cutting product can be adjusted online.

The LFT-D double-stage production line is characterized by  flexible process adjustment, suitable for products requiring frequent adjustment of formula process, experimental production, a variety of polymers, etc.
