Our company’ CWJ series side feeder can feed powder, grain or short fiberglass and other additives into the extruder from the side, quantitative feeding from the quantitative feeder to the side feeding device, and then through a special cylinder/barrel, equal gap twin screw forced into the twin screw extruder . The parallel screw is basically self-clean and smooth transmission, which can be connected to any open cylinder/barrel in the processing section, which not only greatly improves the output of the extruder, but  reduces energy consumption and wear, improves the life of the cylinder/barrel screw, extends the replacement cycle of the screw assembly, and improves the economic benefits.
