Our dual-axis differential concentration mixer is an efficient devolatilization reaction mixing equipment, suitable for continuous vacuum evaporation of high-viscosity materials. Combining the advantages of kneader, screw extruder, paddle dryer and disc dryer, it has the efficient kneading function of kneader and screw extruder,  has the similar working volume and heat transfer area  paddle dryer and disc dryer, and has the self-descaling ability of the heat transfer surface.

The equipment has been successfully applied to the para-aramid project with an annual output of 5,000 tons to solve the problem of melt-spinning and devolatilization of polymer plant fibers, and has been applied to the chlorosulfonated polyethylene project in the petrochemical industry.
